From the first step onto the heated floor in winter or the cool breeze in summer, this first floor apartment is always very comfortable. Two bedrooms, spaced well apart, make this a popular choice for families with small children or couples who want their privacy.

Details and amenities

A full kitchen just off the living room with a gas burning stove keeps everyone together for breakfast before your day in the mountains and brings everyone back together at the end of the day.

Don’t worry about the view. Even this suite is at 1,000 feet and offers breathtaking vistas down the valley and across to the Green Mountains in Vermont.

A new two-person soaking tub and a large, separate circular shower and en suite washer and dryer make this a particularly good choice for longer stays.

The Jay Peak suite has its own screened-in, covered porch as well as access to a grassy area with gas barbecue and a fire pit with a stainless steel grill.

  • Access to the central shower building, with toilets, showers and sauna (sauna open during winter season only)
  • The suites are located just to the left of the main reception. Each has a private exterior entrance and the trails leave directly from your door. There’s nothing rustic about these suites.
  • All bedding and kitchen equipment are provided. The Mountain apartments are equipped with electric heating and are very well insulated. Some eco-logs are provided for an atmospheric fire. If you would like more logs, they are available for purchase at the reception.
  • No telephones or televisions ensure you relax. An internet connection is available, but suitable only for checking e-mail.
  • Dogs are welcome! in our apartments, as well as on trails. We ask that you bring a bed for your dog, as the furniture and mattresses are reserved for our human guests. Please note an extra cleaning charge will apply where pets have been on furniture or excessive cleaning is required. Please be sure to control your dogs and clean up after them. All dog wastes bags (even those that say they are biodegradable) must be thrown in the proper waste receptacles, not left in the forest.
  • In all seasons, you will arrive directly in front of the door to your suite. Summer, late spring, and early fall you will be able to drive all the way up. In winter, we will transport you from the winter parking directly to your door.
